Plan Your Visit
We're really glad you're here! Stepping into a new church can feel a bit overwhelming, but no matter what season of life you're in or what you're walking through, you'll be welcomed by people at Sonrise who want to love like Jesus and want to get to know the real you.
What time should I arrive?
We recommend showing up 15-20 minutes before service starts. This will give you plenty of time to get parked, check in your youngsters if need be, grab some coffee and a donut, and find a seat in our worship center.

What should I wear?
We're typically pretty casual. You'll find some who like to dress up a little more, and you'll see others in cutoff t-shirts and flip flops.

Where should I go when I get there?
If it's your first time at Sonrise, make sure you stop by the Welcome desk so we can meet you, give you a gift, answer any questions you have, and point you in the right direction!

What about my kids?
Whether it's in Sonrise Kids or Rise! youth, your kids will experience the same kind of Sunday morning worship and small group time. Our heart is to give every child a fun, safe, Jesus-focused morning that helps your family keep talking about your faith at home. We have nurturing spaces for your kids from birth to 12th grade every Sunday at Sonrise.

What will I hear?
That's an easy one: each week you will hear about Jesus. No matter which songs we sing or which book of the Bible we're teaching from, the common tie that binds all we do at Sonrise is Jesus and the Gospel.

How long should I plan to stay?
Each service runs around 70 minutes. Our kids and youth programming is timed to our services so, when the service ends, your kids will be ready to be picked up. Don't be surprised if they want to stay!

What's next?
We want you to come check us out, but we don't want your journey to end there. As a family on the path toward becoming fully devoted followers of Jesus, we are called to be people of God who reach out, grow up, and give all. Everyone has a next step in their journey with Jesus. For some, it's being baptized. Others need to find a group of like-minded believers to do life with. Still others would like to know what we believe and how they can get connected.
